From maceration and distillation to dilution, filtration, bottling, labeling, branding, and hand-lettering, each individual bottle passes through the hands of the two distillers multiple times. 100% handmade!
After distillation, the gin undergoes months of aging in barrels and bottles before being released for sale. This process mellows any unwanted harshness and unbalanced flavors in the alcohol, ensuring that EISVÔGEL GIN, despite its robust 46% ABV, remains mild and well-balanced.
