Once a year, things get really special here: To celebrate the birthday of EISVÔGEL GINS in mid-November, we proudly present our strictly limited special edition. Each edition is unique – conceived with meticulous attention to detail in our small Regensburg distillery, hand-distilled, and imbued with a healthy dose of creativity and a passion for the extraordinary. What makes our special editions so exceptional? They offer a completely new taste experience every year, and are also a true visual highlight: Our label – the "feathering" of Eisvogel Gin – is redesigned exclusively for each edition. Once all the limited-edition bottles have been sold, they will not return in this form. These limited-edition creations are for everyone who appreciates the exceptional. 2025 – Maple Gin

To celebrate the eighth anniversary of our Regensburg gin distillery, we present the EISVÔGEL GIN MAPLE EDITION – limited to just 450 bottles. At a robust 46% ABV, it unfolds a deep, harmonious interplay of aromas: the finest Tuscan juniper forms the base, refined with Canadian Grade A maple syrup, fresh orange notes, and delicate ginger. The result is a warm, elegantly spicy gin with natural sweetness and exceptional depth.

This edition was inspired by a trip through Canada – an unplanned day on a maple tree farm became the origin of this idea, which combines enjoyment and craftsmanship. Each bottle is unique, lovingly distilled, and strictly limited – a piece of Canada in a glass.

2018 - Blue Danube

To celebrate the first anniversary of our small Regensburg gin factory, we've created a very special edition: EISVÔGEL GIN – Blue Danube. Only around 100 bottles were lovingly distilled – a true collector's item. At 42% ABV, this gin is somewhat smoother than our classic, but its fresh notes of lemon, lime, and Sichuan peppercorn still dance vividly on the tongue. Refined by its deep blue color, shimmering in the light, it's reminiscent of the Danube River that shapes our homeland – a piece of Regensburg in every bottle, handmade with passion and pride.

2019 - Violet Fusion

To celebrate the second anniversary of our small Regensburg gin distillery, we created EISVÔGEL GIN – Violet Fusion: a strictly limited edition of only 222 bottles at 46% ABV. Fresh grapefruit and sun-ripened orange combine with the East Asian butterfly flower to create a captivating interplay of aromas – fruity, floral, and full of lightness. The magical moment: when tonic water is added, the deep violet transforms into a delicate pink – a true play of colors inspired by nature. Finished with a special cork branding featuring a butterfly instead of a kingfisher – a symbol of change, craftsmanship, and Regensburg creativity.

2020 - the early bird

To celebrate the third anniversary of our small Regensburg gin distillery, we present a very special edition: EISVÔGEL GIN – The Early Bird. Only 300 bottles were hand-selected and bottled – a true collector's item at 46% ABV. Intense bergamot from the finest Earl Grey tea lends this "early bird" its unmistakably elegant note – citrusy, deep, and harmoniously rounded. The result: an aromatic experience. The Earl Grey tea gives the gin itself warm, brown hues. The label's colors, inspired by the English flag, are a small homage to both the superb gin and the exceptional tea. A special edition that sends a friendly greeting from Bavaria to England, not only because of the gin but also because of the tea.

2021 - PORK BERRY

To celebrate the 4th anniversary of our small Regensburg gin distillery, we proudly present EISBEER – Limited Edition. Only 444 bottles of this special gin were produced: Juicy raspberries and aromatic blueberries combine to create a natural sweetness – for a smooth, balanced taste at 44% ABV. Powerful yet harmoniously rounded. The design captures the magic of winter: A touch of glitter dances in the glass, and the shimmering silver label gives EISBEER an elegant sparkle – like fine snowfall in the sunlight. Handmade, regional, unique – EISBEER is our tribute to four years of passion, to our love of gin, and to Regensburg. A special shout-out also goes to our fantastic ice hockey club, which features EISBEER in its logo.

2022 - POLARBERRY Gold

To celebrate the fifth anniversary of our small Regensburg gin distillery, a familiar favorite appears in a new guise: EISBEER GOLD. Following the great success of EISBEER, its golden sibling now arrives – unique, refined, and equally exclusive. Only 555 bottles of this limited edition were lovingly handcrafted. At a robust 44% ABV, EISBEER GOLD combines the fruity sweetness of sun-ripened raspberries with the rich fullness of dark blackberries – smooth, balanced, and elegant in character. The shimmering label and the sparkling gold glitter effect make each bottle shine – a sensual experience and a proud testament to the finest Bavarian craftsmanship.

2023 - MATE GIN

To celebrate the sixth anniversary of our small Regensburg gin distillery, we present EISVÔGEL GIN MATE – strictly limited to only 500 bottles. With a robust 46% ABV, it unfolds a multifaceted taste experience: Pleasant citrus notes open the experience, carried by warm spices and a hint of tart mate, culminating in a bittersweet depth.

Each bottle is a handcrafted statement – ​​presented in elegant black stoneware with a silky shimmering label. A gin that makes Regensburg's passion, character, and appreciation for the finer things palpable in every drop.

2024 – ROSEBERRY

To celebrate the seventh anniversary of our small Regensburg gin distillery, we present EISVÔGEL GIN ROSEBERRY – strictly limited to just 500 bottles. With a robust 42% ABV, it unfolds a fruity character: approximately 80g of sun-ripened raspberries are used in each bottle, giving it its natural sweetness – perfected with fine juniper and delicate citrus notes. The result is a vibrant, berry-like, and delicate taste experience with a refined touch and the unmistakable signature of our craftsmanship. The shimmering play of colors inside and the luminous label make each bottle a striking addition to any bar – a gin with character, style, and a love of the extroverted.
